Q21 Solutions is celebrating authenticity with Alté Culture Festival

In the Nigerian event planning industry, there are only a few names that stand out quite like Temitope Osakue. As the Event Executions Director at Q21 Solutions, she has spent over a decade creating extraordinary experiences for corporate clients across Nigeria, and Africa as a whole. With offices in Lagos, Canada, Kenya, and the UK, Q21 Solutions has made its mark as a top-tier event management company, specializing in creating really impactful events.
For Temitope, event planning is more than logistics. She sees it as bringing visions to life.
“The easiest part of my job is creating experiences for people. Interpreting a client’s brief and executing it to perfection is something I find effortless.”
But the challenges of her job are just as significant.
“The hardest part of it is dealing with difficult people and budget constraints. In the last few years, budget cuts have made it tough to execute big ideas, but we always find a way to deliver exceptional results within any budget.”

From customer service to event planning
Surprisingly, event planning wasn’t always in Temitope’s career plan.
“I’ve always been passionate about physical customer service — solving people’s problems and ensuring their satisfaction. That naturally transitioned into event planning. A client comes to me with a vision, and I make it happen. It’s a win-win because I get to do what I love while delivering top-tier events.”
That dedication has paid off in the form of long-term client relationships.
“We only work with corporate clients, spanning tech, banking, oil and gas, and television. What’s remarkable is that 99% of our business over the past 14 years has come through referrals. That tells me we’re doing something right.”
What makes a great event planner
When asked about the key to managing event clients, Temitope’s answer is simple: honesty.
“Transparency is everything. If a client asks for an elephant and I can’t get one, I’ll tell them, ‘You know what? We can’t get an elephant, but we can get you a rabbit.’ It’s important to be upfront about what’s possible. Integrity is my number one value.”
Flexibility and creativity are also essential traits for an event planner, and Temitope has both.
“I love that my job is flexible and allows me to be highly productive and creative. That’s exactly what I prayed for.”
Celebrating uniqueness with Alté Culture Festival
One of Temitope’s proudest achievements is the Alté Culture Festival, which is gearing up for its second edition on April 8th at Muri Okunola Park.
“Alté Culture Festival is about celebrating authenticity, uniqueness, and different creative expressions. Last year’s edition was a hit, and this year, we’re bringing an even better experience with an exciting lineup of artists and unique vendors. It’s going to be a relaxed, fun-filled Easter Saturday.”

Why Temitope chooses Tix everytime
When it comes to ticketing, Temitope found Tix to be the perfect solution.
“We were introduced to Tix last year, and it was such a smooth process. Setting up my event and selling tickets was easy. I didn’t even need to call anyone for help. The customer service, both online and offline, was fantastic. That’s why I’m back using Tix this year and making it my official ticketing platform. I’d recommend Tix to anyone.”
With a passion for excellence and a deep commitment to delivering unforgettable experiences, Temitope Osakue continues to redefine corporate event planning, and at Tix, we’re happy to continue to support the events she creates.
